Peace Cranes

A beautiful burst of colour and community spirit in June, as Janice and Valerie from Rutherglen Rotary Club dropped by with these beautiful peace crane umbrellas. Creations made possible by volunteers from the Rotary Club and the Nurture Centre. The cranes symbolise hope, calm, resilience and togetherness and it was wonderful to learn how everyone worked side‑by‑side to bring them to life ☂️ what a brilliant message on Volunteer Week and Pride Month. Look out for the peace crane umbrellas displayed in centre and admire the beauty up close.
