Matt Meets

We welcomed Matt from Healthy n Happy Community Development Trust to the centre in May, offering visitors the chance to engage in friendly, supportive conversations ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week. This year’s theme, Creating Hope in Our Community, highlights the importance of accessible wellbeing support in everyday spaces. Throughout the session, Matt shared practical ideas, local insight and simple ways people can strengthen their own wellbeing and support those around them. As a community shopping centre, Rutherglen Exchange is proud to work with trusted partners like Healthy n Happy to bring meaningful, people‑focused initiatives into the heart of the town.
